4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (EU 14-Day Right)
• Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason.
• To exercise this right, the items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

5. Consumer Complaints (Obavijest o načinu podnošenja pisanog prigovora)
Pursuant to the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača), customers can submit written complaints regarding purchased products or services via email to: aa@zaza.hr or by mail to: ANAMARIJA, obrt za trgovinu, Put Meja 20, 21000 Split, Croatia. We will respond to all written complaints in writing within 14 days of receipt.
