SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. General Shipping Information
We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Croatia.

2. Delivery Options & Costs
Home Delivery (Dostava na kućnu adresu): €6.00
Direct courier delivery to your address. Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (or 5–10 business days if made to order).
BOX NOW Paketomat: €2.50
Delivery to your chosen BOX NOW automated parcel locker. Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.

• Free Shipping:
We offer Free Shipping on orders over €100.00.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment.

4. Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or failure to collect the parcel from a locker/courier within the designated timeframe, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

5. Damaged Goods
Please inspect your package upon receipt. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please notify the courier immediately and contact us at aa@zaza.hr with photos of the damaged package.
